Surf IBSP

Surf IBSP is a weeklong surfing experience designed to introduce beginners to the surfing lifestyle or sharpen the skills of amateur surfers. IBSP Naturalists and avid surfers will take you on a wild ride filled with games, lessons, stewardship and most of all, lots of time in the water surfing!
**IMPORTANT DETAILS**
Surf Session is Monday - Friday, 9am - 12:30pm.
Ages 8-16. Foam boards sized to fit each surfer are provided, but you may bring your own board.
Surfers should meet at the Nature Center. Pickup is at Swimming Area #2 pavilion.
Surfers should come dressed in swimsuits and rashguard/sun-shirts. Hats, and water shoes/sports sandals are encouraged.
Surfers should also bring a small backpack with a towel, change of clothes, water, sunscreen, and lunch/snacks.
Must be able to swim and confident in the ocean.
Surf IBSP is extremely weather dependent and any inclement weather and/or rough surf conditions may effect the program. No refunds are provided unless the park cancels. No exceptions.
