From Bay to Basket: Discover the Art of Clamming!!

Visit the Sedge Islands Marine Conservation Zone clamming grounds where you will learn all about clamming and why clams are so important to Barnegat Bay.

** No kayaking experience needed. Participants MUST be in good physical condition.

• Tandem Kayak, PFD, Paddle, clam rakes/bags

Requirements
• Must be 14 & older to participate
• Minors (Ages 14–17) must be accompanied by an adult
• Shoes required — no bare feet

Meeting Location
• Look for IBSP Kayaking flag at Parking Lot A21 (8 miles south of park entrance)
• Arrive 15–20 minutes early
• Overflow parking in Lot A20
